Kayleigh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her degree from the University of Wyoming.  She is passionate about working with individuals of all ages from youngsters to adults.  She recognizes the importance of relationships in one’s life and holds the skill set to counsel both families and couples.  She is adept in working with clients who have experienced trauma, such as sexual abuse, and circumstances that create feelings of depression and anxiety.  Working with Kayleigh, you can make changes and grow to become the best you.

  • Sara Vrbas, LPC

    A Licensed Practicing Counselor, teacher, and longtime yoga instructor, Sara has a background in working with adolescents in the school district as well as a diverse population of adults at Casper College and in the community. 

    Sara believes in the integrated healing capacity of the body and mind and encourages clients to identify limiting habits and beliefs and replace them with awareness and intention. Sara works in a grounded, heart-centered capacity and specializes in managing anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, women’s health, and healing from trauma. Traditional psychotherapeutic approaches are blended with mindfulness and body-oriented polyvagal theory to offer a balanced pathway toward living authentically and aligned.

    Sara holds a Bachelors degree in Education(2005) and Masters degree in Counseling(2012) from the University of Wyoming.

  • Liz Filas, LCSW

    Liz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents and adults. Her expertise is working with individuals who have experienced child abuse, sexual violence, sexualized behaviors and those struggling in their interpersonal lives. She has spent the last decade working with individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse and
    those with major mental health disorders. In her practice she utilizes trauma-informed, solution focused and family systems approaches.

    Liz is trained in treating children, adolescents and teens who have experienced trauma and uses trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and phased based therapy for sexualized behaviors. She uses a mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and emotion focused therapy.  A major focus of her work has been helping others develop
    coping skills, reduce panic attacks and reframe cognitive distortions.
